At least three persons lost their lives in a gas explos!on that occurred on Tuesday morning, November 16, at Ojekunle Street in the Ladipo area of Mushin, Lagos State.
According to reports, the explos!on which took place at about 8a.m, from a gas store, also left several others injured, and properties d*stroyed.
It was gathered that the d*ad victims have since been evacuated from the scene with many more trapped inside the explos!on scene.
The Director, Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, Mrs Margret Adeseye, who confirmed the incident said, “Three male adults have been recovered as rescue and recovery operations continue in an environment isolated from causing any further secondary incident.
Preliminary investigations to establish the fact of the incident continue and further discovery will be made public.”
