Part 2 – By Mouka Emmanuel regarding the case of Mouka Emmanuel vs. Happy Uboh and other persons accused of att+cking my property.

The first post about Uselu complains that the Doctors at Uselu who successfully gave a

recommendation that got me bail are questioning my mindset when I informed them from

a legal standpoint that the accusation of M¥rder is unreasonable but from a medical

standpoint, I’m well aware of the orchestration of Police Officer Blessing Edosa, Onyeama

Nwoajigba and other people who made this false accusation possible with lies.

The Doctor at Uselu asked me why I was co-operating with them if I was mentally sound, I

told him that getting bail in a capital matter is Nigeria is hard and one of the basis for bail is

mental health. Here’s how I ended up in Uselu, After the April 16, 2022 and April 19, 2022

att+ck by a+med men who threat+ned to sh%%t me if I didn’t give them land, I went to

report on April 19, 2022 but was locked up by the Agbor Police Command for being rude. I

petitioned the Police Officers through my Lawyer Barr.Natha Alade who had low successes

because the Asaba State CID informed him that they would not like to prosecute their

fellow officers. I was with Happy Moses my staff on April 19, 2022.

I had no choice but to ask for help from the one person who was hearing my matter,

Justice C.I Dafe, at Umunede High Court now transferred to Warri. She still handles cases at

Umunede. I asked Justice C.I Dafe to help order an investigation into the May 15, 2022

att+ck which saw my property maliciously destr%yed by the same att+ckers while I was in

police and prison custody for the April 19, 2022 att+ck. Justice C.I Dafe felt my actions

were rude and ordered a psychiatric evaluation.

I did not go to Uselu because of any aggressive character or cr+minal action. I told the

Doctors at Uselu that the bail I was granted allows me to pursue the case at Force

Headquarters and collect evidence that was difficult to collect from prison alongside

attend to other health concerns. I’ve had great successes with these processes and I’m

trusting to dismiss the frivolous accusation asap. Videos of d+mage to my property and
