By Mouka Emmanuel regarding the case of Mouka Emmanuel vs. Happy Uboh and other persons accused of att+cking my property.
I petitioned Uselu when they refused to respect my rights, but we were granted bail based on their recommendation.
One question that has intrigued the doctors at Uselu is whether I know that I am being charged with m¥rder. Yes, I know. Evidently, I am defending myself against the case in court, and I have already presented four witness statements during the trial-within-trial proceedings.
However, my answer is usually “No” — not because I am unaware of the charge, but because I am the complainant against a+med r%bbers who att+cked my premises on April 16, 2022; April 19, 2022; and May 15, 2022. I reject the charge, even though I am expected to respond to it, because the other parties have manipulated the justice system to accuse me.
I met a consultant who asked whether I knew about the m¥rder charges against me, and I told him “No.” He quickly said he would like to admit me as an inpatient.
Uselu is not friendly, neither do they respect the rights of their patients. I have petitioned them and would have sued them if not for the advice of Hon. Mrakpor SAN, who advised me to apply wisdom in my actions.
I shamelessly told the doctor to calm down. I am aware of the charges, but I am arguing from a legal standpoint, not a medical standpoint.
Who you wan camp for Uselu when e already don full? Na me them r%b. no be mad I dey mad. But as una give me bail, I appreciate am — but I no want lodge.
