Cash App founder Bob Lee had ketamine, coc@ine and alcohol in his system when he di£d last month, according to an autopsy report released on Tuesday, May 2.
The tech exec di£d from st@b wounds, one of which pierced his heart. He was pronounced d£ad on an operating table at San Francisco General Hospital after a four hour b@ttle for his life, DailyMail reports.
The 43-year-old, who cofounded the mobile payment service provider Cash App, was allegedly st@bbed by Nima Momeni, also a tech entrepreneur, who was arrested about a week after the k#lling.
Recalled that he was st@bbed on April 4 while visiting San Francisco from Miami, where he moved last year with his family.

The autopsy from the San Francisco Medical Examiner revealed he had mixture of dr¥gs and alcohol in his system when he was st@bbed.
The alcohol was equivalent to the amount of a beer, and the ketamine could have been given as anesthesia in the hospital, said Dr. Kendall Von Crowns, the chief medical examiner in Tarrant County, Texas.
