Policemen have arrested a dispatch rider who claims to be lucky to have survived the October 2020 mass shooting at the Lekki tollgate in Lagos.
The young man was whisked away while he was being interviewed by a journalist as he broke down in tears while recounting his experience, before the policemen came and took him away.
