The Judge has to dismissed Blessing Okoro’s suit against the Inspector General of Police and late Bimbo’s sister, Mrs Folasade Samuels.
She said her arrest was a violation of her fundamental human right and she was also seeking a perpetual order restraining her from arrest but the judge ruled against all her petition.
