Mark, a 300L Agricultural Economics student of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Akwa, is currently writhing in p+ins after he was bathed with hot water by a fellow colleague at Twin’s Fall Lodge.
It was gathered that Mark who’s the president of the lodge was a§§aulted by a 200 L International Relations student identified as Chioma over cleaning of the lodge.
A source familiar with the incident in a chat with Instablog9ja said: “They usually do a cleanup activity in the lodge every Saturday and Chioma always refuses to participate in the cleaning operation. They made a rule that anyone who doesn’t participate in the cleanup, should have his or her room door locked and pay a N1,000 fine.
Other lodge members who were found guilty paid their fines. Mark got to Chioma’s room to inform her of the penalty and attempted to open her door only to be met with a resistance. Chioma didn’t even let him say a word before she po¥red hot water on him. The victim screamed and called out for help as she brought out a knife in a bid to st+b him.
As a result of the incident, Mark s¥ffered second-degree b¥rns.”
