A Journalist has sought advice after her househelp refused to work on New Year’s holiday.
She said she told her helper today that she will only be off on Christmas Day and Boxing Day since she needed her back because for new year’s because they’re going away to celebrate new year with a group of friends.
She told her that she has to be off on both holidays. She then told her to choose either she works on new year’s or she leaves work and since then she’s not talking to her .
Should she just sack her to avoid unnecessary drama and stress?
