Man walks from Lagos to PH, Rivers State to set GWR for the longest distance covered on foot.

A young Nigerian, Promise Wosu Junior, has embarked on a daunting expedition in an attempt to etch his name in the famous Guinness Book of Records.

The determined man, known as ‘Wene’, is aiming to set the world record for the longest distance covered on foot by running from Lagos to Port Harcourt.

The 28-year-old will cover a total distance of 606km in a marathon spread across six states of Nigeria, ending in the Rivers State capital in five days.
