Min. Of Works David Umahi has said he can’t do without the workers, just as they can’t do without him as he apologizes to protesting workers for locking them out over lateness.
He said he came to the office by 9:30am this morning and he has a number of files to deal with because of budgeting processing that is going on but he was shocked as not up to 5% of the workers are available so he told the woman in charge he wanted speaking with everyone at the gate so he can get their support for the work ahead o him.
