A Nigerian woman has narrated how she was wrongly accused of th£ft by a Caucasian woman in Canada.

She said she went to Square One, Mississauga, to pick up something and decided to visit one of the Fido/Rogers/Chatr booths at the mall. She stood close to two ‘elderly’ Caucasian women and waited her turn for almost 20 minutes before one of the customer care agents attended to her.

After resolving her concerns, she left to buy food. On her way back, one of the older women inquired if she had seen her phone or if she had seen anyone who stood in line st£al her phone. She told her that she had not seen her phone.

To absolve herself, She told her that she was willing to be searched and offered to follow her to meet with any security officer at the mall. She declined her request, but she insisted on alleviating her concerns, and she followed her to the mobile booth.

As they approached the booth, the other lady started screaming allegations at her and accused her of st£aling. She asserted that she was a th#ef and insinuated that she is not surprised because that is what people like her do.

This p@ined her and she in’s¥lted her back. While this was on, one of the customer service agents saw the phone on the counter and brought it. The other lady apologized while the one ins¥lting her hid behind her friend and shielded her face. She refused to apologize and was peeking behind her friend.
