A group of citizens objected and asked the tribunal to halt President-elect Tinubu’s inauguration. As they stated their dissatisfaction with the election results, protesters have rocked the location of the presidential election petition tribunal.
Furthermore, they asserted that because of election manipulation and other irregularities, their votes were meaningless. They were observed singing while holding up cardboard signs to express their displeasure with the election results.
