A motorist has confronted some FRSC officers who didn’t have a fire extinguisher and a spare tire in their patrol van, but chose to fine him after they stopped his car and discovered he didn’t possess it too.
The incident happened on the Owo/Akure express road, as the infuriated motorist queried the officers for not leading by example in discharging their duties.
