A bike rider, identified simply as Rafia, has been sw€pt away by flood in Oko-Oba, Agege area of Lagos State.
The tragic incident occurred on Thursday afternoon, October 20, 2022 following a downpour.
According to a source, “The bike rider was warned not to move but he was adamant. The two passengers he carried ran for their lives and left the scene. He had charged them just N100 to take them to their destination which was within the community.
Despite all the warnings, he didn’t listen. He was sw€pt away by flood as he tried to cross to the other size with his bike. People tried to rescue him but to no avail.”
