Nollywood actress, Chacha Eke has lectured Nigerians on how to identify people with mental illnesses as she lists the characteristics of people that suffer from it.
According to her, if an individual expresses anger to the extent that he or she has to take out their frustrations on someone else, then that individual has a mental illness. Also if a person is saddened to the extent of inflicting injuries on themselves, then that person is mentally unstable.
She advocated of seeking help for people who suffer from mental illnesses.
