An officer of the Abuja task force has been spotted removing the plate number of a motorist for a yet-to-known offense, while the motorist was stuck the traffic.
The incident was captured in a video by another motorist who lamented that the task force officials were being too overzealous with their job even on the Independence Day holidays.
