A Nigerian surgeon has shared her devastating experience on a British airways flight.
She said boarded a flight BA0083 from London Heathrow to Abuja, and to her utter dismay her Omega De Ville Ladymatic wristwatch which she can vividly remember removing before going to sleep and placing in her cabinet was nowhere to be found in the morning.
She said as of now, no official documentation of the incident was done. It was only when she bumped into the crew at the immigration point that one of them pointed her to the manager who then asked her to jot her email on a piece of paper.
Now, in this period of heightened aviation security, it is almost unbelievable that on an airline like British Airways which has a very high reputation such a breach could occur.
