Heavy rains in Lagos has caused severe flooding on the roads with has led motorists to scamper for safety as their vehicles get flooded .
The bizarre moment was captured by an onlooker which shows some passengers climbing the roof of a commercial bus as the floods engulfed many cars to their top.
