The family of a 10-yr-old boy is seeking justice against a 21-yr-old man that has raped their son twice, but the suspect is being excused by the police in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
According to the sister of victim,who took her Twitter page to narrated what happened. She said the suspect has had carnal knowledge of her brother twice and when the case was reported to the police they handled the suspect with levity. She also claims her family has had to pay the police officers handling the case several times to mobilize them to meet her family’s demands.
