Singer Abbey Elias, known professionally as Skiibii has left a road side vendor disappointed after he teased him with a $100 bill.
The singer was captured in a video purchasing some items while flaunting the hard currency on the vendors face. Unfortunately, the vendor’s hopes were dashed as he was paid in naira.
