A lady has broken down emotionally after singer Ruger didn’t touch her during his performance at an event.
The distraught lady was captured on camera lamenting with sobs. In the video she could be seen telling her friend that despite being at front and pushing everyone who stood in her way, the singer didn’t still touch her.
