They allegedly br#talized the tenant, Nnenna Nnam, over her refusal to fetch water for the whole yard.

The unfortunate incident occurred recently at their residence in Eze Street, Uwani area of the state.

According to the victim’s nephew, “My aunty came back home from her shop, which was close by, because the water has started running, and she wanted to fetch some.

On getting home, the girl and the said mom told her that she has to fetch water for the whole yard since she’s the only one at home at the moment.

She refused and they att@cked her, h#ting her with a stick until she was covered in bl@@d. Police arrested and later released them that same day. The lawyer in charge of the yard said they have to pay my aunty for hospital expenses, they refused and instead called the police on her.”
