A customer has been assaulted at a bank by police officers attached to the branch after his account was frozen.
It was reported that the young man received a credit alert of N1.2m of which his account froze immediately. On getting to the bank to lay a complaint, he was immediately bundled and assaulted with tear gas used on him.
