The National Human Right Commission has effected the arrest of a man who broke his two children bones and tortured them for their mother’s sins in Okigwe, Imo State.
The suspect is said to have kept his children in chains, broke their fingers with a hammer and poured salt and pepper on the bleeding wounds. [Swipe]
