Oluwafemi Mark, a corps member posted to Nembe-Bassambiri, Bayelsa State, has died after drowning during a beach party with his colleagues at a beach in the town.
The incident happened on the 22nd of February, 2020, exactly 11 days to the NYSC passing out parade.
