BBN’s Prince has questioned some Lagos landlords over their unconventional rental requirements
He said the landlord has bizz@ire criteria for renting out their apartments. So refused to rent his house to him because the landlord wasn’t happy that he was a celebrity. Another wanted someone that work in a company or has a 9-5 work.
Others have ridiculous prices for houses and when you see the house, it is a mess and they will tell you that they are not ready to fix it. You will be the one to fix it and rent is not coming down.
There are others who are religiously bias. Another returned the rent he paid because he was a celebrity and his wife is becoming close to him.
