Tension and protests have started in some parts of Kogi State where an off-season election is currently ongoing.
It is reported that some INEC officials have gotten to the polling units with pre-recorded result sheets on the form E8 series.
It is reported that the form for the Open Space Ogori IV in Ogori Magongo Local Government Area has been filled in favour of the All Progressives Congress.
The same thing is applicable for Ogori II in the same local government area. It is reported that a pre-recorded score sheet was brought for Ogogo Compound Polling unit in Okehi Local Government Area.
