The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, emerged from seclusion on Saturday as the Olojo celebration came to a close, displaying Yoruba history and culture.
Last Sunday, the monarch retired to seclusion in order to meet with the gods and his ancestors and pray for the advancement of humanity in general, as well as in Nigeria and the rest of the globe.
He was observed strolling on the road while being helped by strong men and led to the palace while wearing the sacred Aare crown.
Also present during the celebration were visitors and tourists as well as sons and daughters of Ife region.
