A Lagos-based customer service representative, Osamade Unobueze Josephine, is seeking justice after her three-year-old daughter di£d ‘myst£riously’ in the custody of her estranged husband, Mordi Bialose Elvis.
The estranged couple got married on Saturday, September 14, 2013 but got separated on Sunday, February 7, 2021. The union was blessed with four kids including a set of twins.
After the separation, the kids lived with Josephine until December 2021 when Elvis, a civil servant, came to pick them for the holiday but he never brought them back neither did he allow their mom access to them, according to her.
She said Elvis, who lives in Illah in Oshimili North LGA of Delta State didn’t call to inform her that the child, named Kosisochukwu, was sick. She said she only got a call from Elvis’ uncle informing her that the child di£d on Wednesday, August 2, and that she has been b¥ried.
“Kosisochukwu was barely two when he took her and her siblings from me. I have been fi¥hting to get them back ever since to no avail.
He hasn’t offered any explanation as to what happened to her neither has he said anything to me,” she said.
