“This country dey ch%ke,” Sen. Abbo says, as he recounts his experience of how immigration officials treated Nigerians with only green passports at Addis Ababa Airport

He claimed that while he had earlier praised the Nigerian president for appointing numerous women to his cabinet, he had kept his word because the majority of these women and men are of average age, fulfilling his promise to the country’s young people.

Furthermore, he claimed that he had recently returned from Kenya on business for the senate parliament. Upon arriving at Addis Ababa Airport, he noticed a large group of Nigerians waiting to board a flight but were turned away. He approached the immigration officer to find out why they were being denied boarding.

Additionally, he displayed his diplomatic passport, was given a seat, and then requested that they be released so that they could return to their nation. Later, he learned that their green passport was to blame for the delay.
