A Nigerian woman has lamented on how the UK has humbled her.
She said that she had a 12 p.m. pick-up time scheduled for her child at school, but she was just on her way to the school at 12:01 p.m.
She noted, though, that if it had been her native Nigeria, she would have mounted bike and arrived sooner. Additionally, they have received a warning from the school not to be late, and each time they are, they will be fined £10.
