A UK-based Nigerian man has lamented after his insurance company allegedly refused to fix his car after it was burgled and d@maged
He claimed that automobile insurance in the UK is a hoax since companies merely take money under the guise of protecting people’s property while refusing to take action when it is required. He related how, three weeks prior, on a Sunday, he went to work and discovered that his car had been broken into at a parking lot he had paid to use. The park instructed him to report to the police, which he did. The police then advised him to call his insurance to have the shattered car glass and other items fixed.
His insurance company, however, declined his request since they said they couldn’t fix the damage and didn’t have someone to place the responsibility on. He claimed that after they refused to fix his automobile despite paying a price for insurance, he fixed it on his own.
