The ber£aved mother of late Temitope Olorufemi, who was b£at£n to d£ath by a mob in Akure, Ondo state, has revealed that her son is neither a yahoo boy nor rit¥alist as reported by eyewitnesses.
It would be recalled that on Monday, April 10, the deceased was k#lledafter he was accused of cr¥shing at least one person to d£ath along Ijoka road and fetish items were found in his car.
However, the deceased’s mom in an interview, explained that her 25-year-old son was a cabbie and had been gifted the car by his dad. Mrs Olorunfemi, noted that after the d£c@sed completed his studies at Marshal’s Navy school in Ogun state, proceeded to Lagos in search of greener pasture. But, after a while, he returned home because he was struggling in Lagos.
She stated that the incident which brought about Temitope’s d£ath happened during his visit to Akure for the Easter holiday to see his wife and child who came for his grandmother’s b¥rial ceremony.
Mosunmola, the deceased’s wife, who tearfully corroborated her mother in-law’s report, noted that her husband is not a r#t¥alist and has never been found to be a fr@udster. She noted that Temitope had a lot of customers in Lagos that could testify to the fact that he was a cabbie. However, the family urged the state government to help get justice for the deceased.
