A 29-year-old self-acclaimed electrician identified as Sanni Gafar almost met heaven’s door after an ængry mob attempted to l¥nch him for alleged terr@rism.
According to a statement by the spokesperson of the Lagos state police command, SP Ben Hundeyin, the suspect was rescued from the irate mob at about 11am on Monday morning.
The statement reads, “At about 1100hrs today, a mob desc€nded on an alleged terr@rist at Ijora Badia. The Police arrived on time to save him from l¥nching. Preliminary investigation shows that the male suspect, who many alleged disguised as a woman, is Sanni Gafar, aged 29.

He was found with a bag containing three hammers, six screwdrivers, one pair of pliers, one chisel, five spanners, three rolls of black cellophane, cable wires, 20mm bending spring, a pair of black trousers, and a plastic box of clips. Investigation is ongoing to ascertain his claim that he is an electrician.”
