Nigerian law currently legalizes organ harv#sting without owner’s consent — Medical expert petitions NASS

Prof (Dr.) Philip Njemanze, Chairman of the Global Prolife Alliance, has revealed that Nigeria’s National Health Act 2014 permits the harv#sting of an individual’s organs without their consent.
.
.
Njemanze, an International Academician of Science, voiced concern that, if urgent action is not taken to modify the Act, millions of Nigerians may soon p#rish from legalized organ po@ching.
.
.
He listed several disputed provisions of the NHAct 2014 that need to be changed for the protection of Nigerians, including sections 13, 20, 43, 45, 48, 51, 53, and 58.
.
.
Njemanze, in a lengthy submission to the National Assembly, revealed the urgent need to amend the National Health Act inorder to avoid implications for national security.
.
.
He stated, “National security demands Federal Government Amendment of the National Health Act 2014 to prevent mass harv#sting of human organs and poaching of ovarian eggs.
.
.
We would like to draw your attention to the Statues of the National Health Act 2014 (NHAct) that permit Human Organ Tr@fficking and Po@ching of Ovarian Eggs without consent that may lead to de@ths of millions of Nigerians.
.
.
We hereby warn that if the NHAct is implemented without the proposed amendments it will facilitate the operations of International Organized Criminal Cartel on Human Organ and Ovarian Egg Tr@fficking. On the other hand, if term#nated now and the crime exposed, Nigeria would be saved!”
