A passer-by got more than what he bargained for when he was accosted by Hisbah police officers for keeping his hair in Kano.
In a viral video, a barber who is alleged to have been commanded by the Hisbah police officers, can be seen sh@ving the hair of the young man.
The act, which occurred recently has garnered reactions on social media.
However, immediately after the haircut, the victim silently left the scene without any confrontation to the amazement of some onlookers.
