The Special Adviser to the Lagos State Government on drainage, Mr Joe Ibokwe has revealed how relocating to Lagos State has changed his fortunes while wondering what would have become of him if he never moved to the centre of excellence
The public servant admitted that if he never moved to Lagos, he probably would have been in his hometown chasing lizards for use as an herbalist. He couldn’t shy away from praising the life changing nature of the city, as he pleaded for the preservation and protection of Lagos State.
