President Muhammadu Buhari returned to Abuja on Friday evening, after spending 17 days in London, United Kingdom.
Buhari left the country for the UK in late July to attend the Global Education summit. According to Femi Adesina, presidential spokesman, Buhari was also scheduled for a medical appointment in London after the summit.
Ibrahim Gambari, chief of staff; Mohammed Bello, FCT minister; Babagana Monguno, national security adviser, among others, were on ground at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja, to receive the president.
