UN Judge Sentenced to 6 Years Imprisonment for Ensl@ving Housekeeper in UK

A UK court has sentenced United Nations judge Lydia Mugambe to six years and four months in prison after finding her guilty of ensl@ving a young woman.

The 50-year-old Ugandan judge, who also serves on Uganda’s High Court, was convicted under the UK’s Modern Sl@very Act. The court heard that while studying law at Oxford University, Mugambe expl%ited her position by f%rcing the victim to work as a maid and childcare provider without pay, while also preventing her from securing regular employment.
