She said an Hyper-independent ladies will tell you it’s the opposite. Asking a man for money means he’s made us feel safe enough to believe it won’t come with strings. Comfortably asking for anything or relying on people requires a vulnerability ladies struggle with. They do that when they LOVE someone. Signs of hyper-independence include struggling to ask for help even when it’s needed, difficulty expressing vulnerabilities, feeling pressure to succeed without assistance, difficulty trusting, feeling ashamed when asking for support and difficulty maintaining close relationships.
