A Nigerian man has said that you should not let your partner use anyone outside of your home to thr3at3n you as he revealed how he reacted after his wife reported him to her pastor.
He said when his wife reported him to her Pastor, the Pastor called her and he didn’t pick it but blocked the Pastor. He also left the church WhatsApp group and blocked the Pastor there too.
A number called him and it was the Pastor’s wife, he talked nicely with her made laugh and after sometime she said daddy wants to talk to you, he asked who is daddy? and she said the Pastor, he said he wanted to talk to her only. When the Pastor was on the call, he cut it on him. Since the Pastor is talking to his wife, he also want to talk with the Pastor’s wife.
The wife was shocked with her mouth literally open (you know the typical Yoruba woman jaw-drop shock). “Abode, what’s the meaning of this thing you are doing?” she said. He retorted, “Yinka, since my wife and the pastor are talking, me and the pastor’s wife need to be talking too.”
He is not saying you should stop respecting your pastors or the pastor’s wife or any of these people, but your home is your home and you are above them all. Don’t let your partner use anyone outside of the home to thre%ten you or make you succumb. It doesn’t matter whatever the reason may be.
