The Police in Adamawa State have arrested a 42-year-old man for r+ping his nine-year-old daughter at Kabak in Mubi South LGA of the state.
The police spokesman in the state, SP Suleiman Nguroje, stated on Thursday, March 14, 2024, in Yola that the man was arrested on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, following a report made by his wife.
The suspect, according to the police, blamed his heinous action on alcohol.
“During the course of the investigation, the suspect confessed to committing the offence and blamed his action on excessive consumption of alcohol and dr¥gs,’’ he stated.
Nguroje assured that an investigation was ongoing on the incident.
