Actress Keke Palmer, 30, is seeking protection against her ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson, 29, alleging physical and emotional ab¥§e.

According to US Weekly, Keke filed for a temporary restraining order in Los Angeles on Thursday in conjunction with requesting sole legal and physical custody of their 8-month-old son, Leadis “Leo.”

In the court documents, which were obtained by Page Six, Palmer alleged that there have been “many instances of physical v#olence” with Jackson that include “destr%ying her personal property,” “throwing her belongings into the street,” “throwing her car keys to prevent her from driving away,” “h#tting her in front of their son,” “spewing profanities about her to their son,” “thr£at£ning to k#ll himself with a g¥n if she left him,” “hara§§ment” and “other physical and emotional ab¥§e.”

According to reports, the pair officially broke up last month after more than two years together, Keke Palmer claimed that she has security footage from as recently as Nov. 5 that allegedly shows that her ex “trespassed into her home without her knowledge or consent, thr£at£ned her, then physically att@cked her — lunging for her neck, str#king her, throwing her over the couch and ste@ling her phone when she told him she was going to call the police.”

She wants him to complete a 52-week b@tterer intervention program. Palmer claimed that she and Jackson — who also goes by Darius Daulton — “finally ended for good” in early October “primarily due to the physical and emotional ab¥§e inflicted on [her] by [him] throughout [their] relationship,” which she said began in June 2021.
