A Nigerian father, identified as Nnajiofor Nweke, has been arrested for allegedly flogging a teacher to death at Alihame Secondary School in the Agbor area of Delta State after the school authorities disciplined his son for stealing.
According to the state Command Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Bright Edafe, who narrated the development on X, the unfortunate incident happened on Wednesday, October 18, 2023.
It was reported that the suspect’s son, alongside some other students from the school, went to a palm wine shop and allegedly stole two kegs of palm wine.
