Former super eagles footballer Emmanuel Emenike is causing a stir over the Lagos State government’s bulldozer blitz, which has left several Igbo people in the state stranded.
The Lagos State government began demolishing unlawful structures erected on canals and waterways along the Gedegede – Mobil road – Megamound Estate – Ikota drainage channels last week.
Emenike is ferociously advising the distressed Igbo citizens to flee back home and plant the seeds of their investments there following the actions of Governor Babajide Sanwo-olu’s leadership.
The former Nigerian player ignited social media with a scathing criticism of the Lagos State government.
He claims that despite the state’s Igbo people having the government’s approval when they built the foundation for these multimillion dollar aspirations, they have demolished their properties.
