An 18-year-old man, Ebube Sunday Linus, has been arrested by operatives of the Delta State police command for raising a false alarm over the disappearance of his p+ni§ in Asaba.
According to the spokesperson of the Delta State police command, Bright Edafe, the suspect had on Sunday, October 8, 2023, accused a female passenger in a tricycle of st£aling his p+nis after he assisted her in paying her transport fare at DBS road in Asaba.
In videos circulating the internet, he had claimed he felt a shock after paying her transport fare which made his pr+vate part go missing. As a result of his accusation, scores of youth had accosted the woman and a§§aulted her. They §tripped her bare and b£at her to a pulp.
But, for the timely intervention of the police, the woman would have d#ed in the hands of the angr¥ mõb. However, she was rushed to a hospital for treatment.
During interrogation, Ebube revealed that his p+ni§ didn’t disappear but shrinked — became smaller— which made him to accuse the victim of st£aling it. He appealed to the police to forgive him for raising a false alarm.
