Some students of the University of Lagos have expressed their pains while protesting the hike in their tuition fees.

A female student of the institution was captured in a video as she broke down in tears while lamenting about the reported increased in their school fees from 25,000 Naira to 200,000 Naira.

According to the female student, most of her colleagues at the protest are the ones catering for themselves as she disclosed that their parents do not have money.

She added that even if she decided to do hookup, she can be able to raise such an amount of money for her school fees.

Getting into an emotional state, the female student breaks into tears while telling the Government to listen to her and her fellow students stating she and her colleagues are poor and can’t afford the N200k school fees.

A male student who was interviewed also expressed his concerns, while begging that they don’t want to dropout due to their inability to met up with the financial demands to fund their education.
