Lagosians have been captured in a video enjoying the long awaited Lagos blue line rail services as they took a ride to their various destination since it was commissioned for public use.
Many of the passengers expressed their excitement with the public transport project which was recently commissioned by the Lagos state Governor Babajide Sanwo Olu.
