Police officers called out for allegedly a§§aulting a woman after searching her bag in Rivers State

A lady identified as Jennifer has been allegedly b£aten to a pulp by men of the Nigerian Police Force (NPF).

According to Harrison Gwamnishu, the incident took place during a stop-and-search at Ada George, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

The cause for the physical a§§ault by the officers is not yet clear neither is the officer who committed the gr¥esome act identified yet.

However, the sister of the victim angril¥ asked one of the officers “Did you find anything in my sister’s bag?” Jennifer was b£at£n up so much that she sustained an inj¥ry to her lips.
