A young man identified as Korede, fron Kute in Ibadan, got more than what he bargained for when he audaciously sought the help of some military men to k#ll him so he could go to heaven.
He had approached some military men at an unnamed location shouting “sh%ot me, I want to go to heaven.” Contrary to his expectation, the military men warned him repeatedly to leave as he insisted that Nigeria had made him as m#d as a March hare and he wants to d#e.
The universe granted Korede’s wish, as the military men got tired and captured him. At that moment, reality dawned on him and he started pleading for mercy.
Tearfully, he said “My own is finished. My village people have gotten me. My name is Korede. I’m from Ibadan. The powerful people of the dark world are the ones manipul@ting me.”
He was later allowed to leave after his bag was searched and he was warned never to behave in such manner again.
